From Onboarding To Daily Operations

Three phases — getting your airline set up, daily use by crew and operations, and keeping content current. We walk you through each in detail during a demo.

1. Get Your Airline Onboarded

A guided rollout — usually weeks, not months.

Discovery

We review your fleet, bases, crew base, and current tools. Output is a phased rollout plan.

Workspace Set Up

Your isolated airline workspace is provisioned. Your admin team gets the keys.

Migration & Training

We help bring your existing crew records, manuals, and rosters in. Admin and crew training sessions follow.

Go Live

Crew receive iPads (or use existing ones). Operations switches over. We stand by during the first week.

2. Daily Use

Two surfaces — one for crew, one for operations.

Crew on iPad

Crew open the app to see today's duty, upcoming flights, and any notices waiting for acknowledgement.

Operations on Web

Schedulers, HR, safety, and engineering teams work from the web dashboard with role-tailored views.

Two-Way Updates

Reports submitted on iPad surface in operations queues. Notices published from operations reach crew immediately.

Always Auditable

Every action — login, upload, approval, configuration change — is logged for regulatory and internal review.

We share the full workflow, the integrations, and the screens privately with airlines we're in conversation with.
